It is easy imagine this guy claiming to be Fjordman, since his philosophy is entirely based on Fjordman and the other far-right anti-Muslim types.

I’m really, really concerned as to whether he did act alone or not. Did he not share any information, any hint of this with any fellow travelers? Did he do all the planning, the assembly of the bomb, all by himself?

I’m also confused as to why he surrendered. Is it fear, or does he want to rant at his trial? Most assholes like this go out guns blazing.
