A bit off topic, but why is Wired’s comment section home to so many right-wing a-holes?

Because right-wing a-holes are freaking mentally unbalanced to the point where they stalk any article, blog post, video, or social networking forum that allows them to spew at their mindless hatred at anyone who’s not exactly like them.
