Many criminals do it again, and many don’t have the same conscience as the rest of us. Israel doesn’t have a death penalty, or they don’t use it. However, if I were Shin Bet, I’d be watching him every which way and round up a bunch.

Conspiracy to commit murder is a crime. He’s not home free.

He’ll be under close surveillance for the rest of his life, that much is for sure.
