It actually isn’t. D’Souza’s goal is actually more sophisticated, and more viscous: He wants to show that Obama started off dating white women and only later chose to adopt ‘blackness’ as a central theme of his identity. D’Souza’s attacks are all aimed at ‘proving’ that Barack Obama has a “Kenyan Anti-Colonialist Ideology”. That aim is behind every one of D’Souza’s attacks, and has been since he first rolled out his meme two years ago with his book “The Roots of Barack Obama’s Rage”. Needless to say that book, like his film, is a worthless piece of drek.
