Democrats run one of the most corrupt state legislatures in the country, which is probably why voters have been electing Republican governors since Bill Weld. Deval Patrick is the first Democratic governor since Dukakis.

So I’d say Brown has a very good chance at the governship if voters forget what an asshole he acted like during his campaign against Elizabeth Warren.
