British women aren’t the only ones converting to Islam ‘in droves’.

Hispanic American immigrants increasingly finding home is Islam

If women in a civil society choose to convert to a certain religion, I assume it’s because they find something they like in it. I don’t see any signs of ‘oppression’ in either the article at the top or the one I posted. From the one at the top:

Most converts have a hard time explaining their decision to family members holding preconceived ideas about Islam as a faith that oppresses womanhood

Maybe it’s the preconceived notions that are oppressive.
