These shitstains. The CBO didn’t give them bad information. It scored the ACA as it was written with EVERYONE DOING WHAT WAS EXPECTED. Then some fucknut repub govs DIDN”T DO WHAT WAS EXPECTED TO BE DONE.

Architect designs a massive structure, auditor reviews the plan and says it will work. Plan calls for 50 pillars to hold up the structure. 20 pillar manufactures decide they are not going to build the pillars. Building goes up without the pillars, starts to become unstable.

These shitstains want to blame the auditor for passing the plan rather than the 20 assholes that DIDN”T BUILD THE FUCKING PILLARS.
