One gender is constantly told that their anger is a form of validity. And that if they’re pissed, someone did something that *made* them angry in a way that demands either redress of retribution.
(Or am I being literal and missing sarcasm?)
One gender is told that it’s “right” to be angry over a perceived slight, and that the only way they can regain face/honor/respect/pride/etc is to get revenge.
The other gender is told they need to “smile more” because men don’t like it when they frown all the time.
