I just heard about a major electronics trade fair that was cancelled, not just out of fear of spreading Corona virus, but out of a realization that there is no point in companies presenting new products if they do not know if they will be able to deliver.

Here in Czech Republic, Škoda Auto is getting nervous about some Chinese-manufactured parts/components for their vehicles. They stocked up a little bit in advance of the usual Chinese New Year production halt, but now they’re growing increasingly concerned as their stockpile will run out by the end of this week and they don’t have replacements.
