I wonder if the Minnesota NG has an MRAD “sound truck”? The regional police agency serving my town (NEMLEC) has one, but it’s never been deployed that I know of.

During the Occupy Wall Street protests, NYPD used theirs in a crowded urban area which it was not designed for. People bled out of their ears and were deafened. Those trucks have no place in the cities.
