They must have know that Trump was only in this for himself and not concerned a lick about the party, let them pay for that massive lapse in judgement.

Of course, we’ll have to see how the debate goes between Trump and Biden tonight. If things go poorly for Trump, then privately (spoken only in hushed whispers by the GOP leadership), the “abandon ship” call may well go out.
