It’s always nice to be reminded how damn physically draining it can be to exist without AC during the summer.
It has only been maybe 13(+) hours, and I’m pretty miserable

Well, at least we’re seeing at least acknowledgement that there is a problem.
It only took 13 hrs, and a second urgent service request for management to at least respond.
