Oh I honestly didn’t know heh. I was just ribbing. I actually don’t root for a single D.C team. My uncle was giving me crap about at that. I pointed out to him that he was born in Detroit and I don’t see him rooting for the Lions or Tigers. He tried saying they were his second favorite teams to which I had to call bs but we laughed about it. I consider myself a Western Pennsylvanian at heart. To use an old saying, kittens born in the oven aren’t biscuits.

My mother’s family is all from Kentucky, my father’s from Washington, so I find myself rooting for the Cats and the Seahawks every year. But I’ve lived so long in Virginia that I might as well be a native by this point.
