There’s a reason that so many of those places have higher gun death rates than places like NY or NJ.

I personally know two people who were shot. The amount of people who hunt is dropping in my area. Not sure why. I feel better about it. I would not let my kids into the local woods any time during deer or small game season. And much more land is posted now.
