What I said was that my wife and I have donated our time, at $3500 per year (total), to serve as mentors for Apprentices at a classical music festival. We have done so for the past 10 years. I am on your side on the Arts, Walter, but apparently your blinders prevent you from having any common understanding. Sad.

Like I said, you came in here, guns blazing, both dumping on Lizards with your manic posting and stream of conscience dribble. We weren’t even talking about opera, donations or anything like that (the last time) and you dinked into the conversation who much you gave.
