So…..today was a good day, by my measure at least.

I went downtown, just to fart around for a bit, and popped into a second-hand shop to see if they had any used Seiko 5 automatic wristwatches. They did, but they wanted way too much for one that was pretty much beat to hell; I could buy brand new for $10 more. So, I looked around the store and lo and behold, I found a home hot-dog steamer - something I’d been looking for - for $3. Brand new, they retail here for about $20 to $30. I snapped it up, needless to say. Then I went upstairs to their clothes section. Found two, brand new, made in Germany sport coats; both even had the tags attached. And just my size! $5 each.

I love finding a bargain.

IMO, hot dogs are best when grilled to within an inch of their life. Steaming meet is just weird ;)
