We have to hope for a clusterfuck of monumental proportions. That’s the only way we’ll get a Democratic wave in a census year. I really saw no chance of that in 2020 before—maybe the other way. Now it looks conceivable. 2040 was just too long to wait (I’d be 88.)

Of course, I won’t survive the destruction of Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc., but it’s still something I can wish for….

I keep wondering if this next two months is going to be such a clusterfuck for Trump that he’ll call everyone losers and then not take the oath of office. I think he’s self-centered enough to think he can do it and then just go back to his penthouse.
