like I said…I blame congress, that’s where the rubber hits the road…but both Bush and McCain warned Dodd about the unsustainability of these sub prime loans, that’s a fact…and the dems are still up to their old tricks with the rebate gig…congress definitely favors the banks, hence Wall Street

Dodd was not in charge, nor was Barney Frank, until Jan 2007. Yes, I blame congress too, among others. But it is really tiresome to hear that old Dodd/Frank did it meme. It is just not true.
