Can we move on? How many other states are pursuing the same anti-gay discrimination legislation? More than just Arizona was busy attempting to legalize discrimination against gays in the name of “religious freedom”. Except religion doesn’t legitimize discrimination. And government actions supporting discrimination would be struck down as unconstitutional.
