Ingraham has a law degree, so presumably she knows about the crime-fraud exception to the attorney-client privilege. She should also, presumably, know something about the basics of criminal law and the fact that prosecutors (who are lawyers) and judges (who used to be lawyers) are very wary to fuck with the attorney-client privilege unless it is the most egregious example.

I’m assuming there is some significance to the fact that this stuff was seized as part of the service of a search warrant. Knowing that raiding an attorney’s properties is a high-risk endeavor that could backfire badly if done wrong, I’d have to assume that the search warrant is quite specific on what it’s looking for, and getting such a search warrant from a judge (who is, or was, a practicing attorney) would not be easy if it wasn’t for a sound cause.
