Very wise men over millennia have pointed out the wisdom of picking ones fights very carefully. And in some times discernment is key. Not this year, not today not this minute. This fight was put upon us. Our choices are clear. Agree or disagree with all this, then act or do not act. By act I mean each within his or her means.
To me this is really an easy decision tree. I disagree and I will act as best I can.
I have always been an advocate for choosing the hill upon which one will die. The fact is, I’m choosing this one. This is the War to End All Wars of American politics, and I’ll be damned if I don’t make my stand before the world and say, “No. YOU move.”
