I thought you all might find this interesting and maybe a little funny. Once Hunt county declared that it was going into shelter at home mode, my company sent out documents for us to carry so that we would be allowed to travel. We’re supposed to have this in our car in case we get stopped trying to go to or from work:

It’s also useful for those who live in Dallas county and have to get to work.

Rowlett now has two confirmed cases, one in the Dallas county portion, and one in the Rockwall county portion. If you look at a map of Rockwall, you will see Lake Ray Hubbard, which is entirely in Rockwall county. If you zoom in to the west, you will see a street called Dalrock (Dallas-Rockwall), which is the county line. The part between Dalrock and Ray Hubbard is part of the city of Rowlett, but in Rockwall county. That little section is where one of the cases lives.

TV says that Collin county is going to join Hunt and Dallas county in a shelter in place, and it looks like Rockwall will join them now that a case is so close. A city council vote
on sheltering today, before the announcement, failed, but my wife said there’s going to be another one soon.
