Quick clarification. The beds are being set up at the indoor practice facility. About two blocks away from the UK Hospital main building. UK has a very large hospital system. Less than a mile north of the hospital is Samaritan Hospital. Less than a mile south is Central Baptist Hospital. There are other hospitals in Lexington as well. But in reality, Lexington has to be the hospital hub for most of Eastern KY-for things that can’t be handled in much of the rural areas.
