You’d still have to make people follow the rules on getting tested, by making people get tested, making them stay home and away from others. And you’d have to make businesses follow the rules on testing people. All problems that will be caused by the people who will more than likely not want to get vaccinated.

What we need is qualified, well planned and effective leadership on disease control. Something we have not had since even before Covid arrived here
