Sure, but when you factor in construction costs, furniture, staffing, and other overhead, $2m isn’t going to get you very far.

My church bought a plot of land for their new campus. The land by itself - absent any actual construction or planning costs - was $700k. And that’s in a massively rural area where land isn’t exactly at a premium price.
