Obama’s hypocrisy disgusts me. He is happy to talk about the Holocaust, but he will not do anything to prevent another one from happening (i.e. Iran). It is necessary, but insufficient, to challenge Holocaust denial. He is the perfect example of an individual who has not learned the lessons that Jews hope others learn from the Shoah.

Jews ultimately cannot depend on the kindness of strangers for their protection, because that kindness is fickle. Antisemitism, unfortunately, seems to be eternal. Jews must be able to defend themselves and that means having a nation where they can stand up for their own citizens (as well as other Jews).

Obama’s concern for Jews stops circa 1948, when Jews stopped being victims. But the threat to Jews and Israel has not ended.

Muslim rejectionism of Israel must be addressed, and Obama utterly fails to do that.
