I can’t be a wingnut then. I stopped watching “24” three years ago, after they blew the nuke near LA. That was a Shark Jumping to End All Shark Jumps.

A nuke could go off - I could buy that. What I couldn’t buy was the constant kidnappings of his daughter by a whole assortment of disparate groups. And then she finally escaped, only to be trapped by a bunch of mountain lions. That’s just laughing in your viewers faces.
