Eh, I’m not really on board with the respect in higher faith part. At best, science ignores faith since it’s not based on anything testable or falsifiable. Faith in higher powers, the afterlife, etc., is useless as far scientific inquiry goes.

It should ignore faith, along with culinary aesthetics, fashion, internet memes any number of things that we simply decide on as individuals. These are not things science ( in this instance physical sciences)are well equipped to evaluate.

Darn it gotta run and make some money. Work is funny that way.
