Attorney-client privilege? Seriously? And we thought Eric was the dumb one?

I couldn’t believe it so I went and read The Hill & CNN & LA Times, and his absurd claim that the presence of an attorney put the conversation into attorney-client privilege was strongly contest by Schiff … and of course upheld by Gowdy. It’s a sign of desperation. And still the Republicans will do nothing of significance to move the enquiry forward.

In that it’s a stalling tactic, I guess it’s not so dumb. But if either Jr or Sr thinks they are getting off the hook … they’re dumb.
