I appreciate this because he’s got influence but on the other hand, this just shows me that Republicans have no real principles and they just operate in fear of their lunatic base. Good job Boehner but seriously dude.

He helped create this. He didn’t call out the lunatics in his caucuses and allowed them to get worse and worse until he did the only brave thing he could do…he quit.
