The problem is that if you do that then nobody come to you for help because they’re afraid of being arrested. Rudy talked about this during the campaign; If an Illegal alien calls the police after being raped of robbed you can’t deport them because then they’d never call the police. There are some very real and practical considerations that have to be made.

True, and if this was an illegal who worked construction coming in for help I wouldn’t have a problem with it. But when it is an admitted criminal, I have a serious problem with helping them avoid paying for their crimes.
