You mean the same two years when the teabagger GOP was more determined to make Obama a one term president than to do their job in Congress? The same two years where POTUS ended up negotiating with himself to get anything passed at all?

Please. We both know that no matter when any action was proposed by this President, the advocates would have gone from “relatively calm” to saying the same shit they’re saying now.
