Yes, it is a degree of functionality as to the treatment needed, if at all.

I think the big problem is self diagnosis and self-treatment or diagnosis & treatment by the community.

No one would do that with Diabetes or Heart disease.

The shame is not in seeking mental health treatment, but in NOT seeking it.
