Most homeless are mentally ill, many of them drug addicts. Yes, it’s not socially responsible. But their illness in most cases is just as real as diabetes or cancer.

yes that is true… and homelessness in my opinion is the worst of our social problems. But it would seem that if the homeless vote as a block, there might just be some outside factor to explain it…
