He has to know how stupid it is, so he let it out to rile up the jackals. That is dangerous. IF he read it and thought it would turn the investigation then he needs to resign for being unfit for his office for being too stupid.

This is the reason I have been riding hard on Paulie. He is more responsible for all of this than Nunes and others. Why? He is the Speaker fo the House. He could have killed this memo with a wave of the hand. He didn’t, he is dangerous. He could tell all of the Kings and Gohmerts to shut the hell up and drop it…the investigation goes on.
