So I’m sitting here on my last day of vacation and the inaugural for Rick Perry is on TV. I just found out that Texas has a state pledge of allegiance,since someone just said it.

WTF? I have never, ever said it, or even knew that it existed. That blows my mind. Do other states have their own individual pledges, or is that just a Texas quirk?

If there is a California pledge, I have never heard of it. And a quick search doesn’t turn one up.
