Unless they have Saddam’s experts, dispersing a large quantity of anthrax in a way that would be effective isn’t easy.
If they have the material, I have some ideas of how it could be done, some of which are more obvious than others. However, I’d rather not post them where they’re accessible to anyone who would carry them out, and anyone on the internet can read LGF.
I think this is probably more boasting than fact.

Repectfully, if the Anthrax is already made and in powder format - remember the envelopes sent to the Congress a couple of years ago - then they woulldn’t need Saddam’s experts - and dispersal of Anthrax is not terribly complicated especially in farmland, middle American. I think the idea of it’s getting into the Capitol Building or WH is absurd, however.
