There was a nursing home during Katrina that didn’t evacuate and properly care for their patients, and 20+ died. Here, 5 died from the lack of power (3 at the nursing home, and 2 after being transferred to a hospital).

That goes to the failure of the facility to provide adequate care - AC, ventilation, etc., that stressed these patients and ultimately caused their deaths.
