I made tandoori chicken skewers for lunch today.
First time I ever tried it.
Pineapple chucks and mini sweet peppers also on the skewers.
Broccoli slaw and Greek salad for sides.

Turned out pretty darned good, if I can pat myself on the back.

sorry…no pics…we ate them all…

I think eating pictures is probably unhealthy….
