I’ve cut down on red meat significantly from when I was growing up, but now I primarily eat chicken, and have upped my vegetable intake significantly. I could do falafel all the time though frying does tend to undermine the healthy aspect just a smidge.
The Mrs. does a great Israeli salad, and I make my own hummus. So there’s that.
probably sacrilege…there are lots of baked falafel recipes…
