Indeed, it reminds me of Stewart’s remark the other night about how dictators don’t ask the legislature if its OK for them to impose tyranny on the people.

I heard something really stupid the other day from some wingnut. Simple phrase. It said, “Obama to LEGISLATE…” Something about gun control. Derp.
