Just as a reference (I don’t want to stereotype) but I have some Greek Orthodox folks in my family through a few 2nd/3rd marriages, and they’re…not exactly the most accepting people. Very jingoistic, don’t like foreigners, fairly racist etc. I really don’t know if that’s more of a norm or something. Just figured I’d share.

Sure seems like there are a lot of Catholics who are bigots. Pat Buchanan and his sister, Daniel Larison, Michelle Malkin, etc. Maybe it’s just that there are lots of Catholics. I was raised Catholic and certainly know more who are not bigots than are, but it strikes me how many prominent bigots there are.
