Bernie’s got high approval rates in Vermont, so there’s little chance he loses his seat. Demographics helps him. +90% white working class, so that’s how he views the rest of the country. He can’t empathize with what anyone else is going through, especially minorities, and thinks it’s all a function of economics, not race/gender/ethnicity.

As much as I don’t care for Bernie, it’s his holier than thou supporters that have turned me off to Bernie even more (and faster). Far too many of them still think that the election was rigged against him or that his nomination was stolen from him.
