Ah, BRP … Pendragon can be fun but RQII was way cool in it’s day. I liked the way armor was done piecemeal and that anyone could learn to use a magic spell or three. It was a refreshing change from what had become very stale AD&D sessions for me.
One of the best things Pendragon has going for it at this point is a monster campaign source book covering the Arthurian period year by year from before Arthur’s birth until the final battle. Makes a really good framework to hang a campaign from. (And the generational aspect of an 80 year long campaign is where Pendragon really shines.)
