Ah, all the fixings from Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken that recently opened here in Los Angeles!

My food hit today after effectively being apartment bound for two weeks and not having much appetite was hitting a good local diner and getting eggs benedict florentine with a side of bacon and home fries. First three bites were heaven for the palate. Rest was good too, but arguably reaching gluttony by the end.

I should have taken a picture of it before eating it. I regret nothing.
