If you’re using the web version of Twitter, you have to block them one by one. If you use Tweetdeck, there’s a “global filter” that will let you enter a comma separated list of nics—it doesn’t actually block them, it just hides them form view.

I just blocked some stalker that was following me. I can’t remember his name but it was a variant of Stinky Beaumont.
