So, people should “be in jail” even if they haven’t broken any laws? Since Kostric didn’t break any laws, what, exactly, did he get away with? He did not threatened the president. Quoting Thomas Jefferson while engaging in otherwise lawful behavior is not a threat nor a crime. I also won’t be surprised if he continues to carry a firearm as allowed by his state’s law.

Did not threaten the President? Take Jefferson’s entire quote and tell me how that should not be perceived as a threat to the President.
