Dude, WTF happened?

I spent over three years caring for my parents 24/7/365, I lost Mom in November, and then Dad in February. I’d love to blame losing my sobriety on that but any alcoholic will tell you that it was my choice, and it was.

By the time I realized how much alcohol had taken control again it was too late for me to quit without medical support for the withdrawals.

Time to start fresh again…but I am not going to do that on my own secluded in this Condo, time to build some social support.
