It was a bittersweet vet visit today.
Excellent news for Daisy, but the vet told us that he just started dialysis and is waiting to be approved by the transplant team at University of Kentucky.
DrG is one of the best vets around. A few years ago, he saved the life of our other dog, Glory the big goofy coonhound, when she came down with sudden-onset pyometra. We really did not think she would survived the night, much less the major surgery the next day. But she did.

So, DrG is gonna be getting all of the good vibes I can bundle up and head his way.
