It was actually a talking point that wasn’t exclusive to just MAGAts. One of my coworkers who told me she wasn’t voting scoffed at the idea that the pandemic was anything more than an “election year crisis” that would disappear as soon as the election was over. Perhaps I should ask her today if she’s surprised that the pandemic hasn’t just gone away.
